Booking And Payments
- Reservation: All bookings must be made in writing or via our online booking platform. A 30% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the start of the safari. If the booking is made within 30 days of departure, the full amount is required at the time of booking. We accept cash payments in USD, Euros, or GBP upon arrival.
- Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other payment methods agreed upon at the time of booking.
Cancellation and refunds
- Cancellation by Client: If a client cancels, they will be offered a credit note to rebook their tour within a year of the original booking date.
- Cancellation by Company: Rakiya Grand Safaris reserves the right to cancel any safari due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
General
- By Client: Any changes to the booking must be communicated in writing. Changes may incur additional costs depending on availability and the nature of the change.
- By Company: We reserve the right to make minor changes to the itinerary or accommodation if necessary. In the event of major changes, clients will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to accept the change, book an alternative safari, or receive a full refund.
All clients are required to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.
Health Requirements: Clients must ensure they are in good health and fit to participate in the safari. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.
Clients are responsible for obtaining the necessary visas and travel documents for Tanzania.Rakiya Grand Safaris can provide assistance and advice but accepts no responsibility for visa issues.
Rakiya Grand Safaris is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the safari.Clients participate at their own risk.
Rakiya Grand Safaris is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failureis due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, war, or government actions.
